• Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items unless purchased with Klarna or Afterpay.
• Please ensure you review product descriptions, sizing charts, and details carefully before completing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at beeuniqueboutiquellc1@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as we begin processing immediately.
Klarna & Afterpay Purchases – 14-Day Returns & Refunds
- For orders completed via Klarna or Afterpay, customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Klarna and Afterpay orders cannot be compensated via store credits. Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
